fun fun!!

We had a great time away last week.  It was not over the top and we didn't spend much money - just spent a lot of time together as a family.

Here are a few pictures and highlights from our trip.  A fun trip to Kids In Motion - swimming at Christmas Mountain -(including the red slide!!) Bowling and riding on the roller coaster and eating at Famous Daves! Everything was so much fun - I almost don't remember getting sick while we were there!
I just put together a photo book that I ordered on-line for Annie.  I think she will be so excited to look at a book with pictures of herself in it!
Here is a HUGE thank you to my mom and dad for letting us stay at Christmas Mountain for a few days.  We had a fantastic time!

so this is vacation.....

We are going to go away for a few days and Annie asked me if we could make a book about our trip.  I thought that would be a fun idea so I grabbed a notebook and I began to journal our experiences starting last night.  We are taking pictures along the way and those will be added to the book as well.  We don't actually leave until Monday but we have a few fun things we are doing now as part of our vacation.  We went to Culver's last night for dinner and this morning we went to the Jelly Belly factory and had a free tour and got to sample some of the flavors.  I will try to up-load the book on my blog when it is finished and I look forward to the many memories we will have over the next week as a family.
I can't believe it is March already!  Wow! There is a lot of stuff going on right now in my life and thru it all I am reminded that God is faithful and  I am so thankful that He can see the big picture.  I am so glad that His mercies are new every morning!
